What is the return policy?
ALL VIP EXPERIENCE TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
How will I get my tickets?
Your receipt email and order # is your ticket to the event. There are not any physical tickets sent or provided. You may print off your email receipt and have it physically available OR you can provide your email receipt on your mobile device at the venue upon arrival.
Why didn't I get my confirmation E-mail?
Certain E-mail providers may be recognizing "new" mail from us as spam and putting your confirmation email in your spam folder. It is important to check your spam folder, because you may receive E-mail from us closer to the date of the show with important show day information.
What if I can't go? Can I give my package to my friend to use?
VIP tickets purchased through this site are non-transferable. The reselling of VIP packages is strictly prohibited and resold ticket packages will not be honored.
How long are VIP's available for purchase?
Package sales are available until packages are sold out, or until approximately 2 days before show date, whichever occurs first.
If a show is rescheduled and I’m unable to attend, do you refund my money?
There are NO refunds on rescheduled events.
Can I place VIP tickets on hold?
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets cannot be placed on hold.
